摘  要:基于Monte-Carlo粘弹性随机有限元法,分析了药柱结构的可靠度。针对直接Monte Carlo法效率较低的问题,在确定粘弹性有限元的基础上,采用拉丁超立方体抽样(LHS)技术进行随机抽样,以提高计算的收敛速度。考虑泊松比和松弛模量的随机性,结合药柱的破坏判据,研究了工作内压作用下固体火箭发动机药柱结构的可靠度及其变化趋势。算例结果表明,该方法精度高、通用性强,适合于工程应用。Based on Monte-Carlo viscoelasticity stochastic finite element method, structure reliability of grain was analyzed. Aiming at inefficiency of direct Monte Carlo method, viscoelastic finite element method was determined and Latin hypercube sampling(LHS) technique was used for random sampling so as to improve convergent velocity of calculation. Based on the randomness of Poisson ratio and relaxation modulus, structure reliability and its variation tendency for solid rocket motor (SRM) grain under the internal pressure were investigated in combination with failure criterion. The results show that the method is accurate, universal and suitable for engineering application.
