摘 要:采用SEM、TEM、拉伸试验、电导率测试及观察等方法,研究了重固溶再双时效制度对7175铝合金性能的影响。结果表明,在对7175铝合金的重固溶再双时效处理中,第二级时效温度是重要的影响因素。经过480℃×2 h+95℃×8 h+180℃×10 h固溶时效后,得到了较佳的综合性能。同时,当7175铝合金晶内析出相为更多更细小的GP区和小尺寸的η′相,晶界析出相尺寸较大时,材料将对应着良好综合性能。THe effects of resolution and reaging treatment on mechanical properties of 7175 aluminum alloy were investigated by using scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ), transmission electron microscopy ( TEM ), tensile test and conductivity measurement test. The results show that the second-stage ageing temperature is the most important effect factor,and the optimum comprehensive properties can be obtained by means 480℃×2h+95℃×8h+180℃×10h resolution and reaging treatment. At the same time ,when intracrystalline precipitated phase of 7175 aluminum alloy includes more and finer GP zone and small-size η' phase, and size of precipitated phase in grain boundary becomes bigger, the material would possess good comprehensive properties.
