摘　　要：目的了解复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)患者的精神健康状况。方法采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对60例复发性生殖器疱疹患者(RGH组)进行精神症状量化评分检查,并与60例健康体检者进行比较。结果RGH组患者HAMA及HAMH评分显著高于健康体检组(均P<0·01)。结论RGH组患者普遍存在焦虑和抑郁,护理干预有利于疾病的康复。Objective To know the mental health situation of the patients with recrudescent genital herpes （RGH）. Methods Using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）, the mental symptoms of 60 patients with RGH was examined and scored and compared with those of 60 healthy subjects. Results The HAMA and HAMD scores of the patients with RGH were significantly higher than those in the healthy subjects（all P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion All the patients with RGH have the negative mentality of anxiety and depression, and mental interference should be favorable for curing the disease.
