摘　　要：本文讨论了远程教育管理系统的基本设计思想,对系统的部分功能模块进行了设计,并着重探讨了系统中用户身份认证及信息的安全传输及保护的问题。In this article we discuss the basic thought of designing a management system in distance education and we design some function modules of the system, emphatically study the user identity authentication and the safety transmission and protection of information.
