摘 要:目的了解vitA对早产胎兔动脉导管内钙及肺发育的影响。方法 8只孕兔随机分为A、B、 C、D4组,每组2只(每只均受孕,每只产胎兔5只以上,随机选5只备用)。分别在受孕第25 d单独(B组) 与第25和26 d连续(C组)运用3 000IU/kg vitA,在受孕第2周后(D组)运用隔天5 000IU/d的给药方法, 对照(A组)用生理盐水。于第27d内(早产期内)解剖孕兔,每组取10只仔兔,取仔兔的肺组织、动脉导管。肺组织固定后HE染色了解肺的发育情况,测定动脉导管内钙。结果 3种给药方法下均显示能促进动脉导管内钙及肺发育。在动脉导管内钙的影响上:用药组B(0.57±0.068)和C(0.85±0.06)与A组(0.26± 0.013)比较,差异有显著性(P<0.001),A与D组(0.35±0.014)比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。在促进肺发育上:用药组仔兔的肺组织学成熟度评分均较A组有明显提高(P<0.001),D(4.48±0.33)与C组(4.39±0.37)无差异(P>0.05);结论 vitA能促进早产胎兔动脉导管内钙及肺发育,在预防持续胎儿循环和提高早产儿成活率上有一定作用。Objective To study vitA impact on the calcium concentration of the ductus ateriosus and the lung maturation of premature delivery fetal rabbits.Methods Eight time-bred rabbits were randomly assigned to four groups(2 rabbits each group).3 000IU/kg vitA was used on gestational day 25(group B) alone and 25, 26 (group C) in successios.In addition ,5 000IU was used every other day after pregnancy for two weeks(group D). Saline was used in control group (saline). Dissect 1he pregnant rabbits (10 fetal rabbits each group), fetch the lung tissue,ductus ateriosus of the fetal rabbits on the 27th day (in premature delivery period ) .The lung tissue was assessed the preterm fetal lung maturation. Ductus ateriosus were used to determine the calcium concentration of the ductus ateriosus. Results The result shows that each of the methods can promote the calcium concentration of the ductus ateriosus and the lung development. In impact on the calcium concentration of the ductus ateriosus, the difference is remarkable between group B( 0.57 + 0.068 )and C( 0.85 + 0.06 )to control group A( 0.26 + 0.013) (P〈0.001 ).There is no significant discrepancy between group A and group D (0.35±0.014) (P〉0.05). In promoting lung development,there is significant difference between medicine group and control group in lung tissue matuity (P〈0.001). The lung tissue maturity of group D (4.48±0.33) has no discrepancy from group C (4.39±0.37) (P〉0.05).Conclusion VitA can promote the lung maturation and ductus ateriosus development .Using the medicine every other day is an effective method. There is certain function in preventing persistent fetal circulation and improving premature delivery survival rate.
