美托洛尔与硝苯地平控释片合用治疗高血压病近期疗效观察

摘　　要：１１２例高血压病患者随机分２组，Ａ组５６例，选用美托洛尔与硝苯地平控释片２药合用口服。Ｂ组５６例．单用硝苯地平控释片口服，共１２周。结果降压总有效率Ａ组为８９．２９％，Ｂ组为７１．４３％；副作用发生率Ａ组为８．９３％，Ｂ组１９．６４％；未见明显肝肾功能、电解质、血糖血脂、心电图变化。揭示美托洛尔与硝苯地平控释片２药合用，可以大幅度提高降压疗效，减少用药剂量，并能减少副作用，提高服药的顺从性。cases of hypertension were divided into two groups freely. In group A, there were 56 cases and were treated with Metoprolol and Nifedrpine control relase tablet, In group B, 56 cases were treated with Nifedrpine control tablet only. The results show,the effect rates of group A and B are 89.29% and 71. 43 respectively, the side effect rates in group A and B are 8. 93% and 19.64% respectively. Aditionally, in group A no change of liver, kidney and other organs are found. From above, We may conclude that Metoprolol and Nifedrpine control relase tablet can improve hypertension and reduce side effect.
