摘 要:为了指导业务过程集成,提出了一个基于信息资源能力的集成链模型。在该模型中,信息资源能力是集成点定义和集成链建模的主要约束条件,集成点的能力需求和信息资源能力之间的平衡是集成点定义的先决条件。为了实现能力平衡,在集成点的能力需求和集成点粒度之间负相关性假设的基础上,通过扩大集成点粒度来降低集成点的能力需求,以达到满足能力平衡的目的。同时,在分析企业信息资源能力的基础上,提出了一个集成链构建过程模型。所建立的模型和提出的方法能够运用于企业的过程集成,并已通过案例得到了验证。To provide guidance to business process integration, an integration chain model based on information resource capacity was presented. In this model, the information resource capacity was the main constraint of integration point definition and integration chain modeling,and the capacity balance between the capacity requirement of the integration point and the existing information resource capacity was the prerequisite to define integration point. To achieve the capacity balance, based on the assumption of the negative correlation between the integration point granularity and the capacity requirement, through expanding the integration point granularity, the capacity requirement was reduced and the capacity was balanced. Meanwhile based on analysis of the information resource capacity, a process model construction integration chain was presented. The proposed models and methods could be applied in the process integration of enterprises and was verified by a case study.
