摘　　要：简要回顾了输电线路绝缘子发展历史,比较盘型瓷绝缘子、玻璃绝缘子、合成绝缘子、瓷长棒绝缘子等各类绝缘子优缺点。结合山东电网输电线路绝缘子应用情况,重点介绍了合成绝缘子不同时期的工艺特点和在运行中暴露出的问题,得出适合当前线路外绝缘配置的基本原则。This paper briefly reviewed the development history of transmission line insulator, and compared advantages and disadvantages of disk porcelain insulator, glass insulator, composite insulator and long rod porcelain insulator etc. On the basis of the application of transmission line insulator of Shandong electrical power net, we put an emphasis on the introduction of different period technics characteristic of composite insulator and problems in the run, and elicited basic principle concerning outdoor insulation configuration of transmission line.
