摘  要:本文通过试验,讨论了以EVA/PP共混物为基体材料、硅灰石为填料对复合材料性能的影响。为了使复合材料同时具有良好综合力学性能和一定阻燃性能,本文还研究了硅灰石与氢氧化铝(ATH)配合填充树脂对复合材料性能的影响。通过对拉伸、阻燃性能及微观结构的测试,讨论分析填料对复合材料性能的影响,最终得出一种最佳的复合材料与填料配比。In this experimentation, the matrix of composite was EVA/PP and filler was wollastonite. The article studied the properties of the composite influenced by filling resin consisting of ATH and wollastonite so as to get a new kind of composite possessing good synthetic mechanical properties and some flame retardance. The present paper also studied the impact of the cooperation of ATH and wollastonite on the properties of composite. The effect of fillers on composite could be studied by some property test, including tensile strength, microcosmic structure and flame retardance. At last, the best proportion of the composite and filler would be found.
