混沌频率调制改善开关电源EMC性能的实验研究

摘  要:混沌频率调制技术应用于开关电源可以改善开关信号的频谱特性,将原来集中在开关频率各次谐波上的能量分散到各次谐波附近,改善开关电源的EMC性能。文中分别用蔡氏电路、Tent映射、Bernoulli映射产生的离散混沌序列调制Boost电路的开关频率。实验结果表明混沌频率调制可以改善开关电源的EMC性能,同时可以看出不同的离散混沌序列调制后的开关电源EMC性能相差不大。混沌指数增加到一定程度后,开关电源的EMC性能不再有进一步的改善。Chaotic frequency modulation can improve the harmonic spectrum of switching mode power supply (SMPS), spread around the harmonic power of switching frequency and improve the EMC of SMPS. The discrete chaotic sequences that are independently from Chua's circuit, Tent map, Bernoulli map, are used for modulating the switching frequency of Boost circuit. The experiment results demonstrate that chaotic frequency modulation (CFM) can improve the EMC of SMPS, and the EMC of SMPS modulated by the different discrete chaotic sequences are not obviously different. When chaotic level is greatly increased, the EMC of SMPS is not evidently improved.
