摘　　要：以端羟基聚丁二烯和聚醚二元醇为复合软段制备了性能优异的单组分端硅烷基聚氨酯密封胶并通过红外光谱对其进行了表征。探讨了烷氧基硅烷封端率及端羟基聚丁二烯的含量对单组分密封胶的力学性能、硬度及表干时间的影响。A one-component moisture-curable polyurethane sealant was prepared,based on polyether glycol and hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene （HTPB）as composite soft segments,and 3-aminopropyl- triethoxysilane as end-capper,and characterized through infrared spectroscopy. The effects of different silane end-capped ratios and HTPB content on mechanical properties,hardness and surface dry time of the sealant were discussed.
