摘　　要：介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术的自动煤质工业分析仪的研制过程。阐述了该煤质分析仪的软、硬件结构及工作流程。其中硬件部分主要包括各种传感器、模拟及开关量采集板卡、分析天平、加热装置等。软件选用LabVIEW作为开发平台,开发了一套完整的集分析过程监视、自动或手动控制、数据处理、数据库管理等功能与一体的自动煤质工业分析软件。最后,详细叙述了该煤质工业分析仪在分析实验过程中的软、硬件工作流程,并对该分析仪的特点和优势进行了总结。This paper has introduced develop process of the automatic coal proximate analyzer which based on virtual instruments technique. And it＇s explained hardware and software frameworks and work process of the analyzer. Hardware mostly includes sensors, data collection card, analytical balance and heater etc. Software is developed on LabVIEW, which includes functions such as stakeout when analyzing, auto or manual control, data calculation, database management etc. In the end, it＇s depicted a whole work procession of hardware and software when doing a coal proximate analysis, and concluded some characteristics and excellences of this analyzer.
