摘  要:开发了在传统棒材连轧生产线上采用中间冷却装置和快速冷却导卫对低合金钢棒材的控制轧制工艺。φ40 mm 40Cr钢控制轧制的终轧温度为880-920℃,比传统轧制的终轧温度低60℃。检验结果表明:控制轧制的40Cr圆钢的强度和延伸率与未控制轧制的40Cr圆钢相同,但经控制轧制的圆钢心部冲击功较未控制轧制的提高2~3倍,晶粒度级别提高1.0-1.5级,横断面力学性能更加均匀。The water cooling device between intermediate and finishing stands and the fast cooling guide at conventional continuous rolling production line have been developed to controlled roUing low alloy Steel bar. The finishing roUing temperature of controlled roUing for Φ40 mm bar of steel 40Cr was 880 - 920 ℃ which was 60 ℃ less than that of conventional rolling. The examination results showed that the strength and elongation of controlled roUing steel 40Cr bar were equal to that of non-controlled rolling bar, but the impact energy of sample at center location of controlled roUing steel 40Cr round bar increased 2 - 3 times as compared with that of non-controlled, the grain size rating increased by 1.0 - 1.5 rating and the mechanical properties at cross section were more uniform.
