摘　　要：就国际上两大项目管理知识体系——美国的PMBOK、欧洲的ICB与我国《建设工程项目管理规范》在其目的和内容上进行详细的比较,阐述了《建设工程项目管理规范》的历史性和局限性,使之有利于人们对项目管理更深刻、更全面的了解,并有利于中国项目管理的理论体系及项目管理水平更好的发展和完善。This essay intends to have a detailed comparison of the purposes and contents between The Code of Construction Project Management by Enterprises of Construction Industry issued by Chinese Construction Department and the two international knowledge bodies, American PMBOK and European ICB. Meanwhile, the essay explains the limitation of The Code of Construction Project Management by Enterprises of Construction Industry. Thus it can help us to have deeper and more comprehensive understanding of Project Management. It＇ll do well to the development and perfection of the theory system of Chinese Project Management and its practical application.
