煤炭行业实施循环经济的潜力分析

摘　　要：对煤炭开发和利用引发的生态环境问题进行了简要分析,对煤炭行业实施循环经济的潜力及发展模式进行了探讨,认为煤炭资源综合利用和延长煤炭产业链是煤炭行业实施循环经济的重点,并据此提出了煤炭行业实施循环经济的对策及发展建议。This paper analyzes the ecological and environmental problems caused by coal mining and utilization, and related to the potential and development modes of 3R in coal industry. It concludes that the focus of 3R in coal industry is on comprehensive utilization of coal resources and extension of the industrial chain. Finally, it proposes the measures and development suggestions on implementation of 3R in China＇s coal industry.
