猬科动物EHF病毒携带情况调查分析

摘　　要：ＥＨＦ发病的莒南县，捕获了２４３只刺猬，取其心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑组织，制成１４５８价标本，进行冰冻切片，用ＩＦＡＴ检测ＥＨＦ抗原，有３３只刺猬、６６份标本检测阳性，阳性率占总数的１３．６２％和４．７％，同时解剖发现各脏器有不同程度的病理改变，提示ＥＨＦ的流行与刺猬携带ＥＨＦ病毒之间有着一定的关联。In Junan county, EHF epidemic district, the anthor has caught 243 hedgehogs, taken their hearts、 lives、spleens、lungs、kidneys、 brains or other organs; then made 1458 specimens and their frozen sections to examine EHF antigens with IFAT test. The conclusions are 33 hedgehogs 66 specimens ate positive, their positive rates are 13. 62 %、4.7% respectively; these organs have some pathological changes of EHF. This data thinks EHF epidemic has some correlation with hedgehog carriers.
