摘　　要：粘结磁致伸缩材料是由T erfeno l-D金属粉末与高聚物粘结复合而成的。在粘结制备过程中,工艺的确定和工艺参数的选取对材料的磁致伸缩性能有重要影响;经过对不同条件下所制得样品的磁致伸缩性能的对比,确定出最优的工艺路线和工艺参数。The bonded magnetostrictive composite is compound with Terfenol-D powder and high polymer. In the preparation process ,the magnetostriction of material is importantly dependent on the making certain technics and selecting the parameters of the technics. Through comparison of magnetostriction of material obtained under the different conditions, we have confirmed the best technics and their parameters.
