摘　　要：研究了ICP-M S法测定金属镝及其氧化物中14种稀土杂质的分析方法。研究了基体效应,选择了合适的测定同位素和校正内标,确定了最佳分析条件。在优化的实验条件下,考察了方法的回收率、精密度和检出限,并对实际样品进行了分析。结果表明,方法简便、快速、准确。In this paper,we have studied the determination of 14 rare earth impuries in dyspasium metal and oxide by ICP-MS, The matrix effect was studied,isotopic mass numbers and internal standard were selected ,percent recovery, precision detection limit and tests of sample were investigated. The operating condition of the instrument was optimized. The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
