摘 要:介绍以加入添加剂的氢氧化钕为前驱物,通过热分解法制备纳米氧化钕粉体的方法.研究了不同添加剂种类、用量、热分解温度以及热分解时间对产物性能的影响,最终确定了以18g 氢氧化钕加入10mL甲酸的比例制备前驱物,经80℃~100℃烘干后,在650℃热分解0.5h制得纳米氧化钕粉体.得到的纳米氧化钕属六方晶系,比表面积为48.06m^2/g,灼失量4.8%,粒度小于50nm,真密度2.83g/cm^3.A new method for preparing nanometer - sized neodymium oxide through thermal decomposition was introduced. Neodymium hydroxide with additive was acted as raw material in this way. The performance of final material caused by different kinds and dosage of additives and various temperature and period of thermal decomposition was discussed. The experimental results indicated the optimal solution was to prepare nanometer - sized neodymium oxide from the precursor,which was prepared through adding 10mL formic acid to 18g neodymium hydroxide. Then the precursor was dried at 80℃~100℃ and thermally decomposed for 0. 5 hour at 650℃. As a result,the final nanometer-sized neodymium oxide belonged to hexagonal array,its specific surface area was 48. 06m^2/g, losing weight was 4.8% ,the particle size was less than 50nm and true density was 2.83g/cm^3.
