摘 要:通过研究HS-12树脂吸附腐殖质的影响因素,从吸附动力学和界面化学等方面讨论了其吸附机理,并用此方法提取出海水中的腐殖质;同时用重量法测定了沉积物中腐殖质的含量,对河口沉积物中提取的腐殖质进行了化学表征。研究结果表明:当pH为3时,HS-12树脂对腐殖质的吸附量最大;吸附交换速率主要受粒子扩散控制;吸附前后树脂的等电点发生移动,证明此吸附为特性吸附;腐殖质的化学表征说明重量法提取的沉积物中腐殖质纯度较高,同时证明腐殖质的多种官能团的存在。长江口海区的海水腐殖质浓度平均值为0.280mg/L;沉积物中腐殖质的含量平均值为2748×10-6。In this paper, based on the adsorption kinetic experiments and interfacial chemistry experiments, the adsorption mechanism and the influence factors of adsorption humus by HS-12 resin have been studied. Humus in seawater of Changjiang Estuary is extracted by this method. At the same time, humus in sediments which is measured by weighing method is characterized by UVVIS and IR spectrum. The results show that the maximum adsorption capacity by using HS-12 resin can be obtained when pH = 3; the velocity of exchange is controlled by particle diffusion; the adsorption belongs to a characteristic adsorption because the IEP of the HS-12 resin has been moved. The average concentration of humus in seawater is 0.280mg/L; while in sediments it is 2748 × 10^(-6).
