摘 要:目的:探讨大鼠臂旁核(PBN)内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)是否参与内脏伤害性刺激的传导过程。方法:给予大鼠2%福尔马林溶液灌胃后,用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶(NADPH-d)组织化学结合Fos蛋白免疫组织化学的方法,观察Fos阳性神经元和NADPH-d阳性神经元及阳性纤维在PBN各亚核内的分布及共存情况。结果:PBN内Fos阳性神经元与NADPH-d阳性产物的分布范围部分重叠:在臂旁外侧核背亚核内,Fos阳性神经元与NADPH-d阳性神经元相互邻接,并可见部分Fos/NADPH-d双标神经元;在臂旁外侧核外亚核内,Fos阳性神经元与NADPH-d阳性纤维终末相互混杂分布。结论:大鼠PBN内NOS可能以不同的方式参与了内脏伤害性刺激的传导过程。Objective: To investigate whether the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the parabrachial nucleus (PBN) took part in the transmission of visceral noxious stimulation. Methods: The detailed colocalization of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH-d) and Fos, as a neuronal activity marker, in the subnuclei of the PBN was mapped using NADPH-d histochemistry combined with Fos immunohistochemistry, following 2% formalin infusion into the stomach of rats. Results: The distribution of NADPH-d products and Fos positive neurons was partly overlapped in the PBN. The NADPH-d positive neurons adjoined the Fos positive neurons in the dorsal lateral subnuclear and some Fos/NADPH-d double labeled neurons were observed. The Fos positive neurons were intermingled with the NADPH-d positive fiber terminals in the external lateral subnuclear. Conclusion: NOS may be involved into the visceral noxious simulation by different methods in the PBN.
