发展第三方物流 促进武汉制造业

摘　　要：振兴武汉制造业,必须重视物流管理。武汉制造业要集中资源提升核心竞争力,必须发展和充分运用第三方物流(Th ird-Party Logistics,3PL)。目前武汉制造业运用3PL的比例较低,要从武汉市政府、制造业和第三方物流业三个方面分析其中的原因,并从不同方面加强武汉市第三方物流建设,即政府部门要优化物流环境,制造业要重组资源,第三方物流企业要提升核心竞争力,要加强物流人才的培养和引进。In order to promote Wuhan＇ s manufacturing industry, the logistical management should be paid special attention to. To concentrate its resources so as to enhance its core competitive ability, Wuhan＇ s manufacturing industry should be developed and take the advantage of the Third-Party Logistics （3PL）. The rate of using 3PL by Wuhan＇ s manufacturing industry is very low. The paper analyses the causes from the angles of Wuhan government, its manufacturing industry and 3PL and puts forward the relevant countermeasures, that is, the government should optimize logistical environment; its manufacturing industry should re-arrange the resources and the enterprises concerning 3PL should enhance their core competitive ability, and cultivate as well as introduce the special personals of the logistics.
