摘  要:急诊科是医患纠纷的高发科室。由于社会的发展和急诊工作自身的特殊性,急诊医疗纠纷有上升趋势,其上升的原因来源于社会经济、医护人员自身及患者等多方面。对于急诊工作者来说,防范医疗纠纷,需要加强法律和安全意识、严格执行各项规章制度、全面提高服务意识和自身素质、树立医学人文理念,可望尽可能地减少急诊医患矛盾,更好地为患者服务。Emergency department is a division with a high incidence of the doctor-patient disputes. For the development of society and the particularity of emergency medical service itself,the emergency medical dispute displays an upgrade tendency. The reason of this tendency stems from the various aspects, such as socioeconomic factors, doctors and nurses themselves, or patients. In order to prevent from the medical dispute, the doctor and nurse in the emergency departments need to enhance the awareness of law and safety, perform all the rules and regulations strictly,increase service awareness and self diathesis,create medical humanity idea, hope to decrease the doctor-patient dispute under emergency, provide good service to patients.
