过期妊娠、延期妊娠母婴转归的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨过期妊娠、延期妊娠对母婴的影响。方法对过期妊娠、延期妊娠、足月妊娠共240例进行临床分析。结果过期妊娠、延期妊娠并发羊水过少、脐带绕颈、胎儿宫内窘迫、羊水粪染、新生儿窒息、手术产等较足月妊娠组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),过期妊娠组较延期妊娠组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应高度重视,积极应对过期妊娠、延期妊娠带来的产时、产后高风险。Objective To study the effect of delayed and postdate pregnancies on parturients and newborns. Methods Clinical data of 240 delayed, postdate and normal pregnancies were reviewed and analyzed.Results There were higher incidences of oligohydramnios , cord around neck, intrauterine fetal distress, meconium amniotic fluid, asphyxia of newborn, and cesarean section in delayed and postdate pregnancies than those in the nonnal pregnancies（ P 〈0.01）.Conclusion The high risks that parturients and newboms run due to delayed and postdate pregnancies must be paied dose attention and promptly dealt with.
