β晶型成核剂2,6-二(环戊基酰胺基)萘的合成

摘　　要：用萘二甲酸和环戊胺合成了聚丙烯β晶型成核剂2,6-二(环戊基酰胺基)萘,通过正交试验和单因素试验对其小试工艺条件进行了系统研究,得出最佳反应条件:n(环戊环)∶m(萘二甲酸)为1∶2.4,反应时间2.5h,反应温度108℃,催化剂与萘二甲酸物质的量添加比为1.3∶1,溶剂加入量为21.7mL/g(按萘二甲酸投料量)。在此条件下该成核剂的平均收率为91.8%。加入自制产品与进口产品的PP试样,其Izod缺口冲击强度和热变形温度基本相同,而其弯曲模量则略高于进口样品。A β-form nucleating agent 2,6-di （cyclopentylcarbonyl amine） naphthalene was synthesized from naphthalendicarboxylic acid and cyclopentylamine by amidation reaction, the optimizing synthetic conditions were got by orthogonal tests. The average yield is 91.8% in the best conditions obtained by optimizing tests. The mechanical features of PP added nucleating agent made in experiment was compared with PP added imported one, the Izod impact strength and the heat distortion temperature of both almost equal; and the former＇s bending modulus is greater than the latter.
