摘 要:本实验以52只家兔为对象,采用后肢接振法,分为五组分别接触不同的振动剂量60天(其中包括一个对照组,除不接振外其他条件与实验组相同)。使用丹麦产Neuromatic2000C型诱发电位仪来观察实验前、实验后15天、30天和60天短潜伏时躯体感觉诱发电位的变化。实验结果发现,家兔接振后P1波潜伏时较对照组明显延长,各波峰间值也有一定的变化。表明局部振动可引起中枢神经传导的障碍。在研究振动性中枢神经系统损害时。Accordin g to various vibration level,52 rabbits were randomly separated into 5 groups(including one control group which did not exposed to vibration,but it was similar to the exposure vibration groups in other experimental conditions).The rabbits hind legs were exposed to local vibration for 60 days.With DANTEC 2000C Neuromatic,we measured SSEPs of all the experimental rabbits before exposed to local vibrating and after exposed to local vibrating 15,30 and 60 dags.The findings of this study showed that P1 wave latencies in the exposed to local vibrating groups markedly extender than those of the control group.The peak-peak values change slighrly,too.The result suggest that local-vibration leads to lesion in central nervous system.The measurement of SSEPs is useful in studying vibration-induced nervous system damage.
