振冲法在红叶二级水电站厂房地基加固中的应用

摘  要:红叶二级水电站厂房基础建基高程1917.00m以下12m深处的含卵砾石砂层,承载力较低,厚度变化较大(2~4.74m),局部为纯砂透镜体,存在不均一沉降变形问题。采用150kW振冲器进行了处理。加固后,允许承载力由350kPa提高到625kPa,变形模量达到52MPa,地基整体密实度提高,沉降均一,消除了地基的不均匀沉降变形问题。The sand layer with gravel 12 m below the foundation level of 1 917, 00 m for power house of Hongye Hydropower Station Ⅱ not only has a lower bearing force with a larger variation of thickness (2 - 4, 74 m), but also locally contains sand lenticular body with the problem of uneven settlement; for which the consolidation treatment is made with the method of vibroflotation by the vibrator of 150 kW. After the treatment, the allowable bearing force is increased from 350 kPa to 625 kPa and the deformation modulus reaches to 52 MPa; by which the whole compactness of the foundation is enhanced with even settlement and then the un- even settlement is eliminated as well.
