精浆免疫抑制物质对小鼠巨噬细胞功能的影响

摘  要:目的探讨精浆免疫抑制物质(SPIM)对小鼠免疫功能的影响方法从正常男性精液中提取精浆免疫抑制物质.从BALB/C雄性小鼠收集腹腔巨噬细胞(M).通过M-EA花环试验和M—YC花环试验观察SPIM不同剂量及不同作用时间对小鼠腹腔M表面的Fc受体(FcR)和C3b受体(C3bR的影响.结果SPIM作用24h,小鼠腹腔MEA和YC花环形成率分别为42±4.63和40±5.39,而72h分别为74±7.96和59±3.43.SPIMI150μg组的EA和YC花环形成率分别为42±1.72和39±2.65,对照组则为70±2.13和72±2.87.结论SPIM对小鼠腹腔M的FcR和C3bR的抑制作用有剂量依赖关系,并且以作用24h后其抑制作用达到高峰。Objective To research the effect of seminal plasma inhibitaion meterial (SPIM) on the function of immune in mice.Methods The SPIM was extractedg from the seminal fluid of momal men, and the peritoneal macrophage (M) wae exracted from the male BaIb/c mice. The effects of SPIM on surface PcR and C3bR of peritonal macroplage of mice in different time, and different dosage were observated.Rcsulcs The effects of SPIM in different time shown that the rates of / 24h troup and 72h group are 42±4.63 %and 40 ±5. 39%, 74±7.96 and 59±3. 43reepectively. The rossete forming rates of EA and y-c in SPIM 150μg group are 42±1 .72%and 39±2.65%, the rates in contyol group are 70±2. 13 and 72±2.87Conclusion The effects of SPIM on peritonal macrophage in mice have dosage-effect relationship and the suppression reached its peak after 24h.
