摘 要:焦化废水成分复杂,且其水质随原煤组成和炼焦工艺的不同而变化,较难处理,为此开展了三维三相电极反应器处理该废水的试验研究。结果表明,在不增加能耗的基础上,采用经吸附饱和处理的活性炭作为粒子电极的三维三相电极反应器对COD的去除率比传统的二维电极反应器提高了30%左右;通入压缩空气会对二维电极反应器的运行产生不利影响,而对三维电极反应器降解有机物则可起到促进作用。此外,还借助Matlab软件的三次多项式插值功能对影响三维三相电极反应器处理效果的因素进行了响应曲面分析。Coking wastewater is difficult to treat because of its complexity and variety of techniques. The removal of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) from coking wastewater was investigated by electrochemical technology. The experimental results show that the removal efficiency of the three-dimensional electrode reactor, in which adsorption-saturated activated carbon is selected as particle electrodes, is improved by more than 30% than that of the traditional two-dimensional electrode reactor. Aeration has a negative effect on the two-dimensional electrode reactor, whereas it enhances the removal effect of the three-dimensional electrode reactor on COD. The method of interpolation and curve fitting of Matlab was used to analyze the effects of different factors on the COD removal by the three-phase three-dimensional electrode reactor.
