摘　　要：强度可调的适形放射治疗是上世纪90年代在适形放射治疗基础上发展起来的一种精确的放射治疗方法。目的是改善靶区的剂量分布,使得高剂量分布区与病变(靶区)三维形状的适合度比常规放疗大有提高,减少靶区周围正常器官和组织的照射量。系统地阐述了强度可调的适形放射治疗技术的特点。On the basis of generally stereotactic radiotherapy technology, intensity modulated radiation therapy technology has been developed greatly since 1990＇s This technology is to improve the radiation dose distribution in the target so that the high dose area is more conformal for the three-dimentional shape of the target and the radiation dose in the normal organs and tissue around the target decreases. The characteristic of this new technology is discussed systematically in this paper.
