摘　　要：探讨了一次性脐带夹紧切断器在孕妇分娩过程中的应用价值。在距新生儿的腹部约3～5mm处使用一次性脐带夹紧切断器,将脐带夹紧并同时剪断。操作简单,大大缩短和减少了传统的操作时间及步骤,安全便捷,值得推广。This article studies the application value of disposable umbilical cord clamp and amputator during gravida childbirth, The umbilicalis is clamped and sheared with disposable umbilical cord clamp and amputator in the area of 3-5mm far from the neonatal abdomen, The operation is simple and consumedly shortens the time and reduces the procedure compared to the traditional method. It is safe and convenient, which is worth spreading.
