摘　　要：系统介绍了有机电致发光器件(OLED)的结构和发光机理,从有机半导体的能带结构和OLED的能带结构,分析了OLED发光过程,指出了如何提高器件的发光效率。最后概述了器件的最新进展和应用前景,并展望了未来OLED发展的方向。This paper introduces the structure and the light emitting mechanism of organic fight-emitting devices （OLED）. From the band structure of organic semiconductor and that of the OLED, the OLED luminescence process is analyzed. At the same time it is pointed out how to raise the luminescent efficiency of the device. In the end the recent advances in technology and the application foreground on the devices are summarized, and future developments are given.
