摘 要:为了有效地降低注塑机模板的重量,提出了从高层次拓扑优化到底层次参数化优化的顺序优化设计方法.该方法基于拓扑优化设计以及参数化优化设计理论,运用密度方法建立结构的拓扑优化数学模型,用优化准则(OC)法对拓扑优化问题进行求解,运用敏度过滤技术解决棋盘格式和网格依赖问题.对拓扑优化得到的模型进行规整,并采用基于连续非约束最小化技术(SUMT)的子问题近似法,对规整后的模型进行参数化优化,得到最终的顺序优化模型.研究结果表明,与原有的后模板模型相比,用该顺序优化方法得到的后模板模型的刚度和强度均有提高,体积明显减少.To effectively reduce the injection-machine mould-board weight, sequential optimization design method starting from high level topology optimization to low level parameter optimization was proposed. Based on the topology optimization design and parameter optimization design theory in the method, the topology optimization mathematical model of the structure was established by density method and solved by optimality criteria (OC) method. Sensitive filtering method was used to eliminate checkerboards and mesh dependencies,and that the topologically optimized model was modified and trimmed. The modified model was parametrically optimized by sequential unconstrained minimization technique (SUMT) based sub-problem approximation method. The finally sequential optimized model was obtained. The research results show that compared with the original rear mould board, the rear mould board optimized by sequential optimization design method has better stiffness and strength,and the volume is diminished obviously.
