试论冲任与妇女生殖寿命的关系

摘　　要：目的:通过阐述冲任二脉在经、带、胎、产等方面的生理与病理,提出冲任在妇女生殖寿命中的决定性地位;方法:检索古今医家治疗妇女诸证的文章著作,从而总结治冲任的作用。结果:在治疗妇女经带胎产诸证时,现代多数医家多从冲任出发进行辨证分型论治,且取得了好的疗效。讨论:冲任二脉在妇女的生殖寿命中起着决定性的作用。Objective：Brlng out Chong channel and Ben channel decisive position in women＇s procreate longevity by introducing Chong channel and Ran channel＇s physiology and pathology on menstruation, leucorrhea, pregnancy and delivery subjects. Methods： Sum up Chong channel and Ren channel＇s function according to retrievable archair and contemporary doctor＇s articles treating women＇s various patterns. Result： At present, lots of doctors proceed to treatment based on differentiation of Chong channel and Ren channel subjects and have good effect on treating womon＇s various menstruation,leucorrhea, pregnancy and delivery patterns. Disscussion - Chong channel and Ren channel decisive function at women＇s procreate longevity.
