摘  要:目的观察中药糖脉宁对糖尿病大鼠大血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法采用尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶制备糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功后分组,用药治疗4周后采血并检测内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)水平,结果行组间对照分析。结果病理组大鼠血清ET水平明显增加、NO水平明显减少,与正常组相比有明显的统计学意义(P<0.001)。糖脉宁可以降低ET、增高NO,与病理组及优降糖组相比较,均有明显的统计学意义(P<0.001);与中西药结合治疗组相比,NO轻度下降,ET-1轻度增加,但是没有明显的统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖脉宁可以降低ET,增加NO的合成或释放,可以改善内皮细胞功能,疗效明显优于优降糖组,与中西药结合治疗组疗效相当。Objective To oberserve the founction effect of the Chinese traditional medicine tangmaining (TMN) on the maerovaseular endothelial cell in diabetic rats. Methods Wistar rats were induced for diabetes by intravenous injection alloxan(AXN). There after the modle rats were administrated the drugs 4 weeks was used to measured the NO, ET concentration in plasma. Results The modle group dramatiealy increased the level of ET and significantly decreased the NO eoneertration, which was worse than normal group (P 〈 0.001 ). TMN decreased the level of ET and increased the NO , which was better than the modle group and youjiangtang(YJT) group(P 〈 0. 001 ) ; comparing TML + YJT group, TMN mildly decreased the level of ET and slightly increased the NO ,which had little statistic meanings(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion TMN decrease the level of ET and increase the NO eoneertration or release, then, ameliorate the function of endothelium, which is better that YJT group and similar to the group treated with (TMN + YJT).
