摘 要:通过向铝磷酸盐粘结剂中加入改性剂和改变自硬砂固化湿度,研究了铝磷酸盐自硬砂的抗吸湿性,并利用电子探针对试验结果进行显微分析.结果表明,适量的改性剂能有效提高该复合磷酸盐自硬砂的抗吸湿性,且高湿度下固化时对提高其抗吸湿性效果更显著;当凝胶产物中含有适量的MgHPO4.XH2O时,该自硬砂的抗吸湿性明显提高.The humidity resistance of the no-bake Al-phosphate sand was improved with the addition of the modifier to the no-bake Al-phosphate binder and changing the solidification humidity. The test result has been analyzed by means of EPMA in this paper. It is revealed that the humidity resistance of the no-bake Al-phosphate sand is improved by the suitable modifier. The effect is more remarkable when the no-bake phosphate sand is solidified under the high humidity, and the humidity resistance of the no-bake Al-phosphate sand is improved when the amount of MgHPO4·XH 20 in the gelatin product is appropriate.
