摘 要:研究了微乳液法制备纳米金属铜粒子及其在润滑油中的应用。以CuSO4·5H2O、Span-80、Tween-80、SDBS、NaBH4等为主要原料,制得粒度可控、经透射电分析粒径在10-20nm之间、有部分团聚的纳米铜颗粒。选用适当的活性剂对其进行表面修饰,获得了油溶性良好的纳米润滑油添加剂I6。用四球摩擦试验机和XP-销盘摩擦磨损试验机考察了纳米铜添加剂的摩擦学性能,试验结果表明,添加了16的润滑油比未添加时PB值提高了28.4%,摩擦系数降低了77.8%;而且在相同负荷条件下,添加了I6纳米添加剂的平均磨斑直径比未添加时的磨斑直径要小得多,表现出了良好的抗磨减摩性能.The preparation of nano copper particles in microemulsion is studied with CuSO4 · 5H2O, Span-80, Tween-80, SDBS and NaBH4 as main raw materials. The copper particles are of closely controlled size from 10 to 20nm with a small partition of conglomeration via transmission electron microscope detection. I6 nanolubricant addictive with nice dispersion is obtained by means of treating the surface of copper particle. The tribological characteristics of the 16 nanolubricant addictive are explored by four-ball friction tester and XP pin/tray friction and wear tester, and the results indicate that I6 additive performs excellent wear resistance effect. It shows that I6 makes the base oil have an increase of 28. 4 percent in terms of PB and a decrease of 77. 8 percent in terms of friction coefficient,and I6 can make smaller attrition spots than the base lubricant does.
