彩印废纸的脱墨与漂白研究

摘　　要：本文对重彩印刷的杂志废纸进行了脱墨与漂白的试验室研究。结果表明：经重彩印刷的杂志废纸使用ＮａＯＨ，添加适量Ｈ２Ｏ２。等化学药品进行脱墨处理，可以得到７４．３％白度的浆料。再经ＰＹ漂程漂白后，白度可达８３．７％，可制造中、高档纸张及纸板。其物理性能除耐破度外，可达到或超过Ｂ类漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的国家标准。Waste paper with heavily printed is an important secondary fiber, deinking and bleaching experiment of the waste paper was discussed in this paper. The result showed: the waste paper deinked with main chemicals NaOH, H2O2etc., a brightness of 74. 3 % (ISO) can be obtained,the deinked pulp was treated with PY bleaching procedure, a good brightness of 83. 7% (ISO)can be obtained, and the strength index of foe bleached pulp is also ideal.
