摘　　要：随着社会的发展,改革的深入,以及疾病模式的转变,国家疾病监测体系组织机构存在的问题越来越多。本文通过深入分析目前疾病监测体系组织结构中存在的问题,提出了重构疾病监测组织结构模式,加强卫生体制改革,加大财政投入,整合监测体系,优化资源配置,转变政府管理模式建议,以建立适应社会主义市场经济体制和我国国情的疾病监测体系,促进国家卫生目标的实现。With the development of society and reform and the change of disease mode,more and more problems exist in the national disease surveillance system. The article deeply analyzed these problems and suggests to reconstruct it, To establish new management system which suit economy of socialist market and carry out the aim of health by taking the necessary steps and countermeasures to advance the development of disease surveillance system.
