摘　　要：[目的]了解口腔专科医务人员的健康状况,以便有针对性地对口腔专科医务人员开展健康促进活动,促进预防保健工作。[方法]2004年6～7月,对南京市口腔医院526名职工进行健康体检。[结果]检查526人,至少患有1种疾病的317人,占60.27%。至少患有1种疾病者所占比例,男性(180人)为68.33%,女性(346人)为56.07%(P<0.01);18～29岁(76人)为76.32%,30～59岁(366人)为60.11%,60～80岁(84人)为94.05%(P<0.01)。526人合计患病543例次,其中高脂血症、宫颈炎、乳房小叶增生合计308例,占56.72%。男性高脂血症、高血压、糖尿病合计102例,占总数的66.67%;女性宫颈炎、乳房小叶增生、高脂血症合计251例,占总数的64.36%。[结论]口腔专科医务人员的健康状况不容乐观。[Objective]To evaluate health conditions of dental diplomates,so that pertinent measures can be taken to advance health and to promote preventive health care. [Methods]526 employees of Nanjing Stomatology Hospital were physically examined in June and July,2004. [Results]Of the 526 persons examined. 317（60, 27%） suffered from at least one kind of disease, The percentage of suffers with at least one disease is 68. 33 % in 180 male and 56.07 % in 346 female （ P 〈0.01）. And in three aging groups 18-29,30-59,60-80,it was respectively 76.32% in 76 examinees,60.11% in 366 and 94, 05% in 84 （ P 〈0.01）. In 543 sufferings, there were 308（56, 72%） hyperlipodemia,cervicitis and breast lobule hyperplasia. The total of hyperlipodemia, hypertension and diabetes mellitus in male is 102 （66, 67%）, while it is 251 （64.36%） of cervicitis, breast lobule hyperplasia and hyperlipodemia in female. [Conclusion]It is not optimistic concerning health conditions of dental diplomates.
