摘　　要：目的:了解常州市武进区社区人群糖尿病患病情况及其影响因素,为评价本地区糖尿病的流行现状并采取相应的预防措施提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样方法,对当地25岁以上常住居民进行流行病学调查和相关指标检测。结果:武进区25岁以上常住居民糖尿病总患病率为5.60%,IFG为5.83%。其中男性患病率为5.12%,女性患病率为5.95%,男女糖尿病的患病率均随年龄增长而升高。结论:个体年龄、甜食摄入、冠心病史、糖尿病家属史、体力活动强度和体质指数等是糖尿病发病的主要影响因素。Objective：To explore the incidence of diabetes mellitus at community in Wujin so as to provide scientific basis for evaluating diabetes mellitus epidemiological trend in Wujin and taking corresponding prevention measures. Methods： Using cluster- sampling method, total 8578 residents aged over 25 years in Wujin were studied and the risk factors of diabetes mellitus were analyzed with Logistic regression. Result： The morbidity of diabetes mellitus at community in Wujin was 5. 60%, and IFG was 5. 83%. Incident rates in males and females were 5. 12% and 5. 95% respectively, which increased with age. Conclusions： Risk factors of diabetes mellitus were related to age, in taking of sweet food, history of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease （CAHD）, familial history of diabetes mellitus, intensity of exercises and BMI.
