性病高危人群人格类型调查分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨性病高危人群的人格特征及其影响因素,为针对性心理健康教育与促进提供依据。方法:采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对江苏省南通市公安局收容教育所109名女性收容人员进行人格调查,并收集年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、性病患病情况、性病艾滋病的知识和态度、安全套的使用情况等资料。结果:性病高危人群的内外倾向性(E量表)和掩饰性(L量表)得分高于全国常模(P<0.05);低年龄组E量表得分较高,L量表得分较低(P<0.05);文化程度低者的E、L分量表得分高(P<0.05);未婚L得分低(P<0.05)。结论:性病高危人群人格特征以内外向不稳以及具有较强的掩饰倾向为主。在帮教过程中,应注重其人格特征,有针对性开展心理健康教育与促进工作。Objective： To explore characteristics of personality among high risk population with sexual transmitted disease （STD） and its influential factors, so as to provide basis for conducting mental health education and health promotion. Methods. Total 109 females in Reeducation House of Nantong Public Safety Bureau were investigated on personality by using Enysenck＇s Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）, and information on age, educational background, married status, incident of STD, attitude towards and knowledge about AIDS and condom use were also collected. Results： Scores of trends of inward and outward with E form and concealment with L form were higher in the high-risk groups of STD than that of norm. E score was high and L score was low in low age group. Sores of E and L were high in low educational group. L score was low among unmarried group （P〈0. 05. Conclusion： The personality among high-risk groups of STD is mainly characterized by inward and outward alternatively and with strong concealment trends, it is necessary for instructors to pay attention to the characteristics of personality in the process of education, which push on the mental health education and health promotion.
