摘 要:以某船用增压锅炉烟气净化器为对象,分析其工作环境、特性、各种影响因素和制造工艺,并对样品和新研制产品在所设计的实验系统上进行了性能对比模拟实验。结果表明:该型净化器适合分离颗粒直径在100μm^1 000μm之间的固体颗粒;研制产品在其工作环境下具有较高的分离效率和很小的风压损失,工作性能满足装备使用要求。本文着重介绍其设计和制造工艺。The working environment, characteristics, various influence factors and manufacture technology for a flue- gas filter used in a naval supercharged boiler are analyzed, and the performance between the new- developed product and the sample are compared by using simulation experiment. The results show that the flue - gas filter is suitable for separating the particle whose diametrical is between 100 - 1 000 urn. The production has high separation efficiency and low loss of wind pressure used in the work environment, and its performance meets the designed requirement. This paper mainly introduces its design and manufacture technology.
