头发中微量元素锌、铁、铜、钙、锰含量与儿童营养不良的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解微量元素与儿童营养不良的关系。方法:采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定发中微量元素含量。结果:营养不良儿童头发中锌、铁、铜、钙、锰含量水平均低于正常儿童(P<0.01或<0.05)。结论:营养不良儿童与锌、铁、铜、钙、锰等元素缺乏有密切关系。Objective： To understand relationship between trace elements and malnutrition. Method： Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of trace elements in hair. Results： The hair levels of Zn, Fe,Cu, Ca and Mn in children with malnutrition were much lower than those in normal children （P 〈 0.01 or 〈0 . 05） . Conclusion： Malnutrition of children could be related to the deficiency of trace elements.
