摘　　要：文章以合模机构所能产生的锁模力为研究对象,通过对合模油缸与机铰进行力学分析,增进了对压铸机合模机构的了解,并对现有压铸机的设计提出一些改进意见。Taking the locking force that produced by the locking mechanism as research object, through the mechanical analysis of the locking cylinder and the pin shafts, the understanding of the locking mechanism has been improved. In addition, some enhanced ideas about the design of the existing die casting machine has been put forward.
