摘  要:由于CAD技术的快速发展,人们可以直接获得零件设计的3D数据,能将在计算机上设计的图形迅速、准确地变成具体的产品原型或直接制造成零件。快速原型制造技术是随着CAD/CAM技术、计算机数控技术、激光技术、材料科学与工程技术的发展而出现并发展的,而今它已同信息技术、虚拟技术一起成为实施产品设计技术和工艺过程技术集成创新的前所未有的理想工具。为此,介绍了几种典型的快速原型技术及其特点,论述了其在高精度小尺寸零件制造、石墨电极制造、复合材料零件铸造、陶瓷型铸造模具技术、直接切片技术等方面的应用与发展。Owning to the rapid development of CAD, people can directly acquire the 3D data of part design, which is able to turn the graphics designed by the computer into a specific product prototypes or parts precisely and rapidly. The rapid prototype technology has appeared and developed with the development of CAD/CAM technology, computer numerical control technology, laser technology, and material science and engineering technology, but now it has become a unprecedented ideal tool to put product design technology and technical process technology into central innovation together with the information technology and virtual technology. The technology and characteristic of some typical rapid prototyping are briefly introduced in this paper, the development and application in the making of small-size and high-resolution objects, the producing of graphite electrode for electrical discharge machining; founding of composites material parts, technology of precision casting die with ceramic mould, technology of direct slicing about CAD models are also showed.
