环境湿度和喷水对制动器材料摩擦性能影响分析

摘　　要：通过对国外摩擦方面相关文献进行总结,给出了车辆制动器摩擦材料在不同的工作环境湿度、浸水湿润和对制动器喷水等系列情况下,其摩擦性能随转速、压力和时间几个方面的变化情况;同时,对不同情况下摩擦性能变化原因和摩擦面间的摩擦膜作用加以初步分析,并提出了需要进一步研究的问题。Based on the analysis of tribology literatures studying automotive brake materials friction behavior, Frictional performance which changed with speed ,pressure and time under different operating humidity , wet and water spray conditions were discussed. The causes of friction performance change at different conditions and friction layer function were also presented, And listed some problems needing further research.
