摘 要:丁苯乳液改性水泥砂浆由于乳液掺量较高限制了其应用范围,为此提出了在较低丁苯乳液掺量下采用纤维增强丁苯乳液改性水泥砂浆的方法.研究了碳纤维、聚丙烯纤维及其不同纤维体积分数对丁苯乳液改性水泥砂浆早期(0~6h)干缩性能的影响,并研究了钢纤维、碳纤维、聚丙烯纤维及其混杂对丁苯乳液改性水泥砂浆长期干缩性能的影响.研究表明:掺0.3%碳纤维、0.1%聚丙烯纤维均能减小丁苯乳液改性水泥砂浆早期的干缩率;0.3%碳纤维对丁苯乳液改性水泥砂浆早期干缩的抑制作用好于0.3%聚丙烯纤维,但却增大了丁苯乳液改性水泥砂浆的长期干缩率,而0.3%钢纤维限制丁苯乳液改性水泥砂浆长期干缩的效果最优.通过压汞实验初步分析了丁苯乳液改性水泥砂浆孔结构与其干缩率之间的关系.The high dose of latex in the modified (cement) mortar causes the limitation of its application, therefore, the low dose of latex in mortar reinforced by fiber was proposed. Carbon fiber, polypropylene fiber were used and the effect of their addition on the early (0~6 h)dry shrinkage of latex modified mortar was studied. Steel fiber, carbon fiber, polypropylene fiber and hybrid of steel fiber and carbon fiber, polypropylene fiber on the long term dry shrinkage of latex modified mortar were also investigated. The result indicates that 0.3% carbon fiber and 0.1% polypropylene fiber could greatly reduce the early dry shrinkage of latex modified mortar. For the reduction of early dry shrinkage of latex modified mortar, 0.3% carbon fiber is better than 0.3% polypropylene fiber, but 0.3% carbon fiber increase long-term dry shrinkage. 0.3% steel fiber is best for the reduction of long-term dry shrinkage. The relationship between pore structure and dry shrinkage of latex modified mortar is also analysis by means of mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP) test.
