摘  要:通过圆环法的对比试验,研究了不同体积分数下聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆干缩开裂形态的影响,结果表明:聚丙烯纤维体积分数越高,水泥砂浆出现初始裂缝的时间越晚;各种体积分数下聚丙烯纤维水泥砂浆的裂缝形态均为多发型细微裂缝.分析了不同体积分数聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆干缩开裂性能的作用机理,以及多缝出现的原因.By means of contrast experiments of ring-type test,the effect of polypropylene(PP) fiber with different volume fractions on dry-shrinkage cracking mode of cement mortar was studied. It is found that more addition of PP fiber leads to later present of the first cracking of cement mortar. Moreover, all specimens reinforced with different volume additions of PP fiber performs multi-cracking mode with several fine cracks. The mechanism of differen additions of PP fiber on restricted dry-shrinkage cracking of cement mortar and the reason of the multi-cracking are also discussed.
