摘  要:用悬浮液技术及非完全消化法分别处理样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法成功地测定了21金维他中铜、锰、锌.结果表明,在悬浮液中加入适量HCl溶液可显著提高被测元素的吸光度,共存元素对锰无化学干扰,试液的物理性质与空白溶液的一致.对悬浮液的稳定时间、非完全消化法样品处理条件、背景吸收干扰及特征浓度进行了考察,相对标准偏差小于2.8%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±2.4%,方法简便准确.Treating the sample with two pretreatment techniques of suspension technique and noncomplete digestion method, respectively, the contants of copper, manganese and zinc in 21 super-vim were successfully determined with FAAS method. The results indicated that in suspension technique absorbances of determined elements were markedly increased by adding suitable amount of hydrochloric acid into the test solution, the coexistence elements in sample had no chemical interference to manganese and the physical properties of test solution was identical with its blank solution. Stabilization time of the suspension solution, the condition of noncomplete digestion method, background absorption interference and characteristic concentration were studied. RSDs were less than 2.8 %. The determination results were consistent with those obtained by ashing method. The relative errors between them were less than ±2.4%. This method was convenient and accurate.
